Fagioli rossi cotti al vapore del Conad — Recensione di marabasso (12 nov 2023)

These steamed beans are tasty, soft but not mushy. Because of their texture, they are also perfect for cooked preparations. We like them cooked with onion, tomato sauce and chili, and sometimes I crumble a veggie burger into them. They make a great topping for polenta or even piadina.
