I have wanted to visit this burger joint since it opened last year. The theme is built around The Mad Hatter from Alice in Wonderland, and the burgers are named after different characters. This one is named the Dormouse, and consists of a huge homemade #burger patty adorned with tender shredded #whitecabbage, crispy #onionrings, fresh #tomato, #guacamole and #blackolives. The #bun is also artisan (gluten-free bread is available) and the whole package is a delight. I added some barbecue sauce for an additional punch, and was totally full upon finishing the burger and fries.

The owners are so friendly and accommodating, and a complimentary shot of limoncello was offered after the meal. For residents of the island, they have a fidelity card that is stamped upon your visit, and points can be accumulated for a free beverage or free burger! All burgers come with fries and are priced at 10,80€.
