Review of Kimuchi at Takumi Ramen by jennycom

This was my first #kimchi ever. I've seen many recipes online and I read that it's very healthy, so I was keen to try it once I had the opportunity.
I must admit I am not very used to fermented foods, so the first bite was not really what I expected, but it wasn't bad at all. It was also a bit spicy, but I could handle it LOL
