Our falafel is made using activated chickpeas, and pure herbs and spices. Although they are healthy, they are also moreish. Prepare them at home, just add water and fry, and then gobble them up fresh out the pan. A box makes 20-24 falafels.

Classic Falafel Mix

Really like the texture of this falafel. Easy to make and versatile- can add more spices/herbs/onions or roll in sesame seeds.
