I finally tried the best pizza in the world here in Caserta, I choose the Marinara Atomica, Tomato San Marzano PDO cooked 12 hours; after cooking: dry piennolo tomato, crunchy tomato peel , tomato mayonnaise (no eggs) with soy milk, mountain oregano, Ufita garlic, EVO oil Itran’s Madonna dell'Olivo 🍕
