I picked up these potato chips at Grocery Outlet recently. I don’t remember the price, but it was less than $2. I’ve been trying to cut back on potato chip snacking, but the smokey bbq flavour and the compostable bag really intrigued me.  I have no idea if this bag is actually compostable in the City of Toronto, but I like the idea. At the very least, I will attempt to recycle this bag. 
As the front of the package indicates, these potato chips are light and crispy. They’re not as greasy as I thought they would be and I’m quite impressed by the fact that all the ingredients are organic and there isn’t a lot of sodium. These chips are delicious source of potassium. 
Before this purchase, I have never heard of Humble Potato Chips. So naturally, I would not know where to buy these. But I would definitely get them again.
