If you get to Old Abe before 10:30, you can only choose from three bagel sandwiches and baked goods. I was a bit bummed because I was hoping for a BLT for brunch, but this was still a satisfying meal. The ham is in the style of Spam, which makes sense because Spam originates from Austin, a town just a bit SW of Rochester. This also has mayo and spinach. It's served with potato chips with furikake cucumber which was an unexpected addition.
