Our Crazy falafel is made using activated chickpeas,  beetroot, cardamom, poppy and a hint of chilli.  Although they are healthy, they are also moreish. Make them at home, just add water and fry, and then gobble them up fresh out the pan.

Crazy Falafel Mix

Quick and easy way to make some falafels. To me, it’s not crazy at all, I don’t even taste a tinge of hotness.
I decided to try frying them, it works well. 
I had them in a wrap with greens and hummus.
