This was a first for me - #basil flavoured #sushi 😯 Though I take an aggressive approach to the soy sauce and the wasabi so anyway those things tend to drown everything else out 😛 Also liked the crispy little bits on top!

But make no mistake about it, this dish will be remembered for the theatrical and completely over-the-top plating - or, should I say, boxing? 😄
