Kitchen Republic is a restaurant in Zurich West that combines multiple restaurants together, here you can find different kinds of Asian cusine, hamburgers and poke bowls. The atmosphere is nice and informal. There are various vegan options but the majority of the dishes isn’t vegan. I decided to get a vegan bacon cheeseburger 🍔 It was ok but honestly I wasn’t too impressed, I also felt it was a little dry overall.
