Decided to try this on a whim and it wasn't really worth it in all honesty. Consistency wise it is close to a dairy cheese sauce, but tastes like rubber. Even heated up it didn't lose the rubber taste, I masked it with some soya sauce and it became a lot nicer. But I shouldn't have to mask the taste in the first place. Sacla have some very nice products too so I was very disappointed in this.
