This was such a flavorful “burger”! It had Anaheim chile, caramelized onions, guacamole, melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, chipotle mayo. It was a tiny bit spicy but the Anaheim chili was sweet so it balanced out. The tempeh patty was also well seasoned, though next time I’d get a double patty since it was a little thin. Can’t wait to the the other burgers!
