It was a server at Meet who first informed me that Negronis weren’t vegan - one of my biggest missteps as they are one of my favourite bar drinks.
But you take the gelatin-produced Campari out - BOOM! You have yourself ‘the wrong’ Negroni - but a plant-based version 🌱 - so it’s got to be right!
