Deep-fried mushrooms with vegan mayonnaise was a delightful appetizer. mushrooms we’re coated in a crispy batter and fried to perfection, creating a satisfying crunchy texture. They were served with a vegan mayonnaise dip, which adds a creamy and tangy element to complement the savory umami of the mushrooms!
