These cutlets are on the bigger side so it’s definitely possible to get quite a few meals out of the 2 cutlets or 2 really big meals. The breading for crispy in the air fryer and the inside stayed tender. Definitely has a good flavor and went well dipped in ketchup. I made homemade pesto pasta salad and crispy air fried artichoke hearts. Great meal.
