Most of the #plantkitchen range is meat impersonation which doesn’t appeal to me, but these ravioli were suddenly available and handy for quick preparation.
I must’ve enjoyed them because I bought them again!
So easy to cook, just 5 minutes in water that’s come to the boil. I made a vegan block and fresh sage from the garden sauce and steamed runner beans and fresh sliced tomatoes. It was a light nourishing meal.
The ravioli ingredients doesn’t appear to include any nasties.
The cardboard label and plastic tray are #recyclable but like so much packaging it has a film seal that isn’t.
One packet is plenty for 2 servings. Price £3.50
