These potatoes are so tiny and cute! I also love that it's a combination of yellow, red, and purple potatoes. I tried making smashed potatoes for the first time with them. I think these may have been too small, and there's something about purple potatoes that doesn't work out in this format. I'll stick to slightly larger yellow or red potatoes for this recipe in the future. These peewee potatoes would be better for just simply roasting whole. Most of these still turned out pretty good and they were delicious served with Forager Project sour cream mixed with Stillwater Olive Oil Co. black truffle oil.
