If you can only visit one restaurant in Gent, make it Plant a Pizza and you will not regret it. The dough was perfect but the toppings were out of this world - I had been dreaming of a 4 cheese pizza for a long time and there she was, as I remembered it, even the "gorgonzola". On the positive side, it was not as heavy as the original one. This place is very popular, so book a table. It's a bit expensive but in line with the prices in Gent and worth every penny!
