I had these in the freezer for a while so I decided to make some Mac and cheese … #veganmacandcheese 
I used a mix of the 1/2 full or less bags of various cheeses in my freezer .. turned out great … I did a bread crumb topping mixing bread crumbs, nutritional yeast, onion powder, salt and pepper , and a small shake of mushroom seasoning.
