Best vegan pizza I’ve had in forever 👏🏼

The G.O.A.T. pizza has sautéed mushrooms, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, caramelised onion, pine nuts, rocket, vegan mozzarella and goat’s style cheese, with a balsamic drizzle - all of my fave things.

The wood fired base was fluffy and crispy perfection. The vegan “goat’s cheese” was very cheesy, had a strong funky taste (in the best way) similar to dairy cheese. So so tasty 🤌🏼
