#seitan #meatball with #fried #veganmozarella , marinara, and #veganparmesan on #garlic #toast. Such a good mix of flavors! I got it delivered and don't live super close so the bread was a tiny bit soggy, but I'm sure it would have been perfect if I ate it at the restaurant! And it didn't negatively affect the flavors at all 🙂 Love trying new specials at @seitansrealmcbus!! They never disappoint!
