Banh V al Beaut Burger — Recensione di alleycatz (8 set 2023)

This brand new menu item at Beaut Burger is so good! I had this for dinner last night and was craving it so intensely this afternoon that I went back for another one. 😋

The bread is so soft & fresh and all off the flavors are just perfect.

Local Blue Oyster Mushrooms, Sriracha Mayo, Hoisin Sauce, Cucumber, Jalapeño, Cilantro & Pickled Carrot on a locally baked roll. #locallysourced

The local mushrooms were amazingly good! Last night they were a tiny bit oily but generously packed on and totally delicious! The version today was ‘greener’ with a ton more cucumber & cilantro. Perfect for a summer heatwave lunch! (🌵🔥 It is 101 f/38 c here today 🫠) Both versions were wonderful.

Beaut is an entirely animal free “Classic Burger Joint” serving creative scratch made burgers, fries & shakes and a ton of other really delicious things.

Everything on the menu is 100% Vegan and made with quality ingredients!
