Very filling. Could feed two as a light lunch or snack. “A tasty take on a Korean classic with a zingy twist. Ft. freekah, roasted sweet potato, edamame beans & charred sweet corn, with baby spinach, pico de gallo, pickled cabbage, pickled chickpeas and house-made guac. Plus crispy tortilla strips & lemon vinaigrette.”
