I think with okra you either love it or you don’t. I personally love it and have had it many different ways. Indian styled fried bindi with Chile and spices, in a middle eastern Bamia stew and on this day in a Ethiopian stew with potatoes 🥔 and carrots 🥕! All ways absolutely amazing and delicious!! I really loved this dish from Axum Ethiopian restaurant in Chicago! Was an amazing experience to try so may different dishes at once from the Veggies Combo Platter! My cousin and I truly enjoyed it! Staff/owner friendly and so accommodating!
