Bought this from the Grocery Outlet last month, froze it, and forgot about it! Was doing a fridge/freezer cleanout meal this weekend and decided to try it.
It grilled up beautifully - I was surprised by the textures. The outside crisped up and charred, and the inside was gooey!! I thought it would taste like halloumi cheese but this tasted more like fried vegan Mozzarella (no stretch). My non-veg husband was very impressed. He said it tasted as good as, if not better, than other dairy grilling cheeses, and asked me to buy it again!
Now that I know that this freezes and thaws well, I'll definately stock up if I see this again at the Grocery Outlet.
