so delicious!! i love a good caesar and this one did not disappoint.
it wasn’t totally a classic caesar like you may see elsewhere, but i enjoyed the interpretation of the caesar salad. the sundried tomatoes were a lovely addition, and the dressing tasted great. i was especially a fan of the bed of kale, and didn’t find the kale to be stiff at all.
although i love a classic, the citrus caesar impressed me and i’d order it again.
