I started eating these sausages when I was still a meat-eater (my mother is vegetarian), and they are still one of my favourite faux meat products. The sausage isn't too spicy (at least not for me) and is flavourful. I like that it holds together well as I usually roast it together with crushed potatoes to make a one-pot dish.
It does come in a plastic bag (great for an #ecobrick but not so great for the environment) but the outer box is easily #recyclable.
Fry's products are average priced when compared to imported brands of vegan faux meat.
