I think 🤔 this is the 1st time trying this cheese 🧀 unless Whole Foods Market has been using it for sometime on their #veganpizza 🍕. It’s similar to Daiya taste and texture but I really love how this #vegancheeze melts! Oh soo goooey! I enjoyed it even more when it’s toasted a little extra where it browns on the top a bit.! I did that when I got home by sticking my slice in the airfryer for a few extra minutes! Was so goood! #welikeitcrispy
Hubby enjoyed his slice as is. Soft and chewy!
What do you all think about carrageenan? I try to shy away from it…. Noticed it in the ingredients when the gal behind the counter let me take a pic of the bag.
