Review of vegan eggs benedict at Kai Restaurant by cheapsoybean

This was a combo of vegan egg, sauce, and vegan sausages on toast. Very tasty. Everything was well cooked. The egg was more like the texture of an omelette than a poached egg but it still tasted really good and the sauce was lovely and creamy with a nice flavour
