I’ve not once had Mexican wedding cookies before trying these, so I can’t compare them to anything as far as authenticity is concerned.
These are bite-sized, soft, and sweet. The nut ingredients give a subtle crunch that balances out the texture. They’re also dusted with powdered sugar, which melts in your mouth with every bite you take. The flavor and texture are very satisfying. You could easily finish the bag in one sitting, but these are so indulgent that it’s probably not the best idea.
