This is a gorgeous dessert! So much flavour and not overly sweet. The presentation is exquisite.

The coconut comes through nicely and the tofu cheese is exceptionally creamy 🥥 The miso caramel works perfectly with the cheesecake and the strawberries add freshness and a nice bite 🍓
I adore this and would happily get it again
