What a delicious meal! The soy milk based ramen was so creamy, it was otherworldly! I also ordered the recommend brown rice with soy cheese to add to the broth after the noodles were done and it certainly did not disappoint! Adding the rice afterwards, gave the dish a risotto style taste! The “Gekka” noodles were also really nice since it had a bit of a spice to it. I’d definitely go back again and hope to soon!
