I've used this a few times for general cooking. Tastes the same as the dairy margarine I used to previously buy.
I melted a bit, mixed with some spices and used it as a BBQ corn marinade recently and it was absolutely delicous.
I have only used 1 stick so far so I'm looking forward to trying some baking with the remaining stick.
