Review of Plain Hopper at The Coconut Tree Cardiff by unejanie

this hopper was delicious . . . kind of like a bowl-shaped #dosa. it came with three #chutneys (sambol), which were delicious. i mixed them all together and ate it with the dahl (separate review). i saw the c-word on the menu and the server said she would make sure there was no cilantro on anything.

everything was delicious and reasonably priced. i was full, which doesn't happen often.
there were a lot of #tapas style dishes on the menu. it was hard to choose. First tine for me to east sri lankan food.
