i’ve been really excited to try this sandwich for some time but i keep getting distracted by the seasonal specials 😭

finally i was able to try it and i’m super impressed by the flavors! the chicago diner’s seitan is always perfectly seasoned and textured, and i thought the pepperocinis added a good bite. the yucca chips were perfectly crunchy, although they were a little hard for my taste. i really enjoyed the flavor of this sandwich as a whole.

the only thing i’m docking some points for is that i found the sandwich itself a lot greasier than usual. my hands were very oily. it was definitely not to my preference, and i feel like it ruined the experience a bit
