This glaze is unreal and really elevates any dish!! I love drizzling it onto bruchetta, roast veggies or on salad. It's amazing on anything savoury!
Its made with just 2 ingredients - balsamic vinegar and cane sugar. Pictured, I mixed it with dijon mustard and olive oil to make a balsamic mustard glaze for my roasted red cabbage.
