I was waiting to try this alllll week! I love when Sprouting Dreams comes to Columbus! (Mainly located in Dayton) Da'Ves has such amazing #vegan chickun! It's all house made and she tries to make everything as allergy friendly as possible, so #glutenfree, Nut Free and Soy Free optuons. This sandwich had delicious Caesar salad, tomato, and a large #vegan chickun patty on a Ciabatta roll. It was super flavorful and fresh. We also got a small side order of French fries as well which were super flavorful. I would highly recommend trying this sandwich and she also has a chikun caesar salad I can't wait to try!

for the fries, have you found if they are usually vegan at these kinds of restaurants or is it better just to ask to avoid non vegan Mcdonald’s fries situations?
