Soupspoon doesn’t have a ton of vegan options but the few ones they do have seem to be pretty high-quality. The pura vida bowl was full of goodness! The crisp, golden falafel was fried to perfection. One of my nonvegan family members even specially asked the restaurant if they could give him some of the falafels separately to go with his dish! The roasted chickpeas were very crunchy and the kale, tomatos, and broccoli were very fresh. I got Asian pickles as an extra topping which added a boost of peppery flavor. Overall I’d definitely recommend this delicious bowl!
