Starting off your meal with a big bowl of vegetables is always a healthy choice, right? These brussels sprouts are deep fried and served with seitan bacon and sweet heat mustard sauce. The sauce is really delicious. I really love any mustard-based sauce! The bacon is super yummy and is a great combination with brussels sprouts. The brussels sprouts are crispy but still have their delicious taste in the center. They are cooked perfectly without any hard spots.
