It's always a great idea to try the rotating burger at Francis! This Francisco Burger is one from their food truck days. It has a taco seasoned patty, tortilla strips, onion, tomato, lettuce, chipotle mayo, and pickles jalapeños. I chose the black bean patty over Impossible. I really loved the flavor and crunch this burger gives. The jalapeños were spicier than I was expecting, but still very manageable. I did feel that it was all a bit too salty. I think the taco seasoning had salt in it. The tortilla chips and pickled jalapeños probably already had salt, so I think the seasoning on the patty should have just been salt-free.
