This dish was delicious! Definitely the best out of the whole tasting menu (which was 3 courses in total). It had a creamy and slightly sweet base and a lot of flavorful veggies. The texture was similar to a risotto, which is pretty rare with black rice. Overall my experience at this restaurant was positive, but once again I felt like I paid more for the view rather than for the food. 49€ for 3 vegan courses of this kind was already pretty pricey, but on top of that water and wine was very expensive too (5€ for a bottle of water and 9€ for a glass of wine).
