This salad is served with chilled, fresh lettuce. All veggies are cold and stay well when they are ordered to go. To make it vegan, serve it with your own dressing and croutons. #olivegarden

I really wish their signature dressing was vegan bc oil/vinegar just doesn’t do it for me 😩. I’d happily just eat salad and breadsticks because those were always my fave parts there!
