Versatile product to add to many things to up the nutritional value and add a nice, yet subtle, nutty flavor too. I love that it’s a blend of both chia and flax, and that it’s ready to eat when I’m a little crunched for time and just want to grab a scoop from the bag to add to my yogurt or salad. I definitely plan on adding it to smoothies and trying to incorporate it more with baking too.
