Wood-fired pizza topped with assorted vegetables - San Marzano tomatoes, friarielli (bitter Italian leafy greens), eggplant, bell pepper, and mushrooms - as well as shaved #vegusto piquant cheese, #greenvie parmesan, and extra virgin olive oil. Loved how delicious the roasted vegetables were (yay to whole foods) and how impressively realistic the vegan cheese was. Light and tasty, not greasy at all! (28 AUD) #australia #sydneyvegans
