This dish is composed of rice, sweet potatoes and tofu mix, crispy oyster mushrooms, crispy tofu, pepper sriram skewers topped with Vietnamese salsa verde, cucumber, kimchi, cilantro and pickled daikon and carrots. It’s a full meal and contains a lot of different flavors. I would suggest this if this is your first time at the restaurant, so you can get an idea of how its cusine is.
