To be honest, at first I was skeptical since I was thinking who really wants to eat a lot of greenery with ramen?? HOWEVER, the taste is amazing once you mix it all in. It was not only super creamy but the greens really complement the broth flavor. You also get it accompanied by soy meat and tofu. I felt so fulfilled because it was filled with protein. The price is also pretty decent. One of my favorite vegan ramen dishes I have tried so far :)
