This was the dish of my husband who still eats meat and is open for alternatives that taste similar. It was good, but not close to real meat was his opinion. I tried a tiny bite of the „steak“ and found it disgusting as it was really close to meat in consistency and taste 😳 I have not eaten meat since 25 years, so maybe my memory is not that good… anyway, a good thing for people who cannot stop eating meat but want to do something good for the world.
