Another great hit from @seitansrealmcbus. House made turkee and bacon with lettuce, tomato, and chipotle aioli. I got it without the red onion because I don't like raw red onion, and it was so easy to make that customization on their online ordering portal. You could also easily add items if preferred, such as banana peppers, mac and cheese, pickles, or sauerkraut. I had a craving for a Jimmy Johns sub, and this hit the spot, though was MUCH better. I actually enjoyed it more cold the next day than when it was fresh - was a great cold deli sub. And the aioli was perfection.
