Basic #coconut. You can eat it straight from the bag, add to the smoothies, desserts, oatmeal or wherever you want. As it’s just coconut, it’s not too flavorful, but quite #nutritious and #satiating. It’s a #healthy snack, but #highinsaturatedfat so should be used in moderation. A bit expensive. Found in #rimi
