Review of Corn Elote Toast at Turf Surf & Earth by reywatson

Just one of Turf Surf & Earth’s incredibly delicious Cinco de Mayo specials! This Corn Elote Toast was topped with corn, pickled onions, tortilla strips, avocado, pico de gallo, and jalapeños to add a kick of spice! The dish was packed with flavor and very filling as well. Overall a great meal that I would totally eat again! This place never ceases to amaze its customers with their flavorful dishes (and of course, they deserve it, being one of the few vegan places, if not the only one, to make it onto Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives). Not to mention how aesthetic both the food and the building itself are. Absolutely beautiful!
